It’s no easy task combining all the needs into ONE event platform, we have been hard at work looking at ways to make things better for organisers, vendors and event goers.

Our customer portal has undergone a few changes to enter seamlessly into our new market. Now featuring online events, worthy causes and even Spanish. Si! Our entire portal is now fully translatable to español. (We have some more exciting news on this front…)

There’s no time wasted for event goers as we quicken the ticket purchasing journey for online and real world events. The days of ID numbers are gone. Through our advanced technology, we’ve made it possible to sell tickets without collecting digits. Doesn’t sound too secure, right? Wrong. Tickets are linked to the buyer’s Howler profile, ensuring maximum security in a nonchalant way.

We’ve also included more payment options than ever before, namely Zapper, Snapscan, PayPal, Stripe & Checkout. Finally, customers are able to claim an invoice for their purchase.

Donations with Howler has never been easier. Set your goal, beneficiary and accept donations either online or with a QR code.

Better engage with your customers. You can now let your customers know why you’re asking for their personal information. If your event has been cancelled or postponed, you’re able to display an informative banner and refund your guests automatically. Set custom reminder emails for your online events.

We’ve taken this time to further work on our ticketing product. You can now add an image to your tickets, a video as a header image, and customise ticket confirmation emails with additional information. Enable and disable ticket downloads according to specific dates.

Finally, our new iframe allows you to sell directly on your own website and complete the entire purchase journey.

If you are in the business of hosting seated events like theatres or stadiums or you have wanted to use Howler in the Active market for running, cycling or swimming events, we have some very exciting news. Watch this space.

Lastly, our cashless product is also undergoing a huge makeover catering for the new world of events. We know the future of payments is changing before our eyes and the changes we are making now will fundamentally change the way your customers transact at events in the future.

We are working on making the new product safer, easier and more cost effective to create a greater customer and user experience. Our new all-in-ONE solutions will cater for new product categories, tokens, returnable products, external POS, EMV payments and, very exciting QR payments. We’ve also released a new and improved vendor portal with features like product categories. This is going to be a game changer for event goers and vendors!
